| Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. Civil Rights | Blog & News

In a recent lawsuit filed against Sony, a number of female Sony employees have accused the entertainment and gaming giant of workplace harassment and sexism.  The class action lawsuit, originally initiated in November 2021, continues to grow, with eight (8) additional women joining the class most recently in March 2022.  The plaintiffs allege a variety of workplace misconduct—including unwelcome advances and difficulties getting promoted—at multiple offices across the U.S.  At a hearing scheduled for next month, Sony intends to ask the court to dismiss the case.
